The visitors look to be an excellent selection when making an Al Kholood vs. Al-Hilal prediction this weekend.

It has been a lightning-quick start to the season for the reigning Saudi Pro League champions, and this weekend, they will be looking to record a fifth successive win.

Al Kholood will be the outside chance after winning just once in the league so far this season.

Champions Purring, but Neymar Return Downplayed

The writing could already be on the wall in the Saudi Pro League this term. Al-Hilal have been a dominant start to the 2024-25 season, winning all five of their matches.

So far this term, the champions have scored 12 goals, and conceded just three times.

They were previously in league action last Saturday, as they blew Al-Ittihad away.

Aleksandar Mitrovic continues to step up for the champions, as the former Fulham star netted twice inside the opening 15 minutes against Al-Hilal’s nearest challengers.

Off-field issues continue to make headlines. Neymar is reportedly no nearer to making his return to action after a 12-month layoff. Jorge Jesus insisted that the Brazilian isn’t expected to appear until January at the earliest.

Al Kholood Stuttering for Form

The hosts will be massive outsiders in this fixture, and their form was recently negatively impacted after being dumped out of the King Cup of Champions on Tuesday.

They were promoted to the top-flight last season after finishing third in the second tier.

But, Al Kholood have held their own so far this term, winning once in four matches to sit eleventh in the standings.

However, their defensive record would be a major concern ahead of the visit of the champions. The home side have conceded nine times across their last four matches in all competitions.

Mitrovic to Reach Double Figures in Easy Win on the Road

Mitrovic will once again fancy his chances of making the difference this weekend. The Serbian is just two goals shy of double digits for the 2024-25 season and he has averaged two goals per game in the Pro League this term.

Al-Hilal looks to have the quality to ease to victory on Saturday, and we’d be surprised if they don’t win by at least a two-goal margin.
