Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko clash in the ladies’ UFC flyweight bout this Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.

Before Betting on Grasso vs. Shevchenko

The previous event saw Grasso making a colossal upset and beating one of the most dominant champions ever. It was via face-krank submission, at 4:34 of the fourth round. This victory was the fifth in a row for Grasso, who defeated Viviane Arajuo, Maycee Barber, and Joanne Wood, among others.

Her record is 16 wins and three losses, with 10 of those triumphs coming via decision, suggesting that Grasso’s physical condition is perfect. She isn’t a finisher but is a very tactically endowed fighter, with plenty of weapons in her arsenal.

The Kyrgyzstani fighter is determined to get back to her throne. Shevchenko has been the ruthless leader of the division for so long, so this battle has extra value for her. Her legacy is at stake here, so we are pretty sure that her commitment to beating Graso in this one is rock-solid.

What can we say about the Bullet that you already don’t know? She is maybe the greatest female fighter of all time (yes, better than Nunez, who survived Shevchenko after a shady decision), having everything one UFC legend needs to have: striking, grappling, wrestling, etc. She had nine straight wins up to the previous loss, and currently sits at 23 triumphs and four defeats in her career.

The former champ will be much more focused now than in the previous fight, and we are sure that she studied the rival more closely than before. Overall, Shevchenko is a better fighter, and that’s why we picked her victory here. The motive and the circumstances are only an additional factor for our decision.
