This is an interesting matchup because both teams are on the back to back – playing each other on Tuesday night in Phoenix in what was a 105-92 Clippers victory.

It’s somewhat surprising that the Clippers picked up a 13-point victory on the road in Phoenix on Tuesday but are a fairly significant underdog coming back home on Wednesday. The Suns were down 37 at one point on Tuesday and were down 65-33 at the half so giving points with Phoenix in this spot is a tough one to pull the trigger on.
Phoenix got the bare minimum from Devin Booker on Tuesday, as he was just 1-11 shooting. Kevin Durant had 21 but finished with a +/- of -14. This came in a game that the Suns needed to win considering they are currently a game out of the #6 seed which would keep them out of the play-in tournament.
Even more impressive about the Clippers double digit win over the Suns on Tuesday is that they did it without Kawhi Leonard yet again, as he’s missed the last five games with a knee injury and James Harden (foot) was also out. L.A. showed their depth as Paul George dropped 23, Russell Westbrook had a 16/15/15 triple double, and four other players had double digits in points including a 17/13 night from Ivica Zubac. Harden may have been resting on the first end of the back to back, and could return on Wednesday.
