It’s not ideal to drop the first two games of a best-of-seven series at home, but Houston has shown their experience in bouncing back to tie things up 2-2 ahead of Astros vs Rangers game 5 of the American League Championship Series. The Houston bats come alive on the three hour trip North to Globe Life Field. Jordan Montgomery will try to get the Rangers back on track Friday afternoon. Montgomery has two shutout outings so far this postseason, but was also tapped for 4 ER over 4.0 IP against the Orioles. This will be the first home start of the playoffs for left-hander.
