Austin FC hosts LA FC in one of the most interesting events of this MLS round. The game is set to kick off at the Q2 Stadium in Austin, with a lot at stake for both crews.

Before Betting on Austin FC vs. LA FC

Austin FC ended its demoralizing sequence of 10 consecutive matches without a victory against DC United. They rolled over the team from the US capital, beating them 3-0 and finally catching some fresh air before the year’s final games. The team from Q2 Stadium finally looked like a competitive team, the one that was projected to reach the playoffs.

For the moment, the franchise from Texas sits 10 in the West, with only three points fewer than the rivals sitting in the postseason area. Wednesday’s clean sheet marks the first one since late June, and the event against FC Dallas at home also ended 3-0 in Austin’s favor.

LA FC started and finished the game against Minnesota in a completely different manner. The guests from Minneapolis opened the show after only four minutes, but the Black and Gold immediately responded and took a 3-1 lead until halftime. In the end, we saw them beating the rivals 5-1.

With 48 points over 32 fixtures this season, the Black and Gold hold the third position in the Western Conference, sitting eight points adrift of St. Louis City. They aren’t as confident as during the previous campaign, but the reigning MLS champs can’t be underestimated because they still have enough quality to go berserk and routinely win the title.

Austin’s defense is terrible, and don’t be deceived by this clean sheet against DC United. The Texas franchise isn’t good enough to compete with more robust and efficient attacks, such as LA FC’s. Overall, we wouldn’t bet on the final outcome, but on high efficiency, which is three goals at least.
