The important action on the NASCAR schedule continues this weekend, as the final race in the round of 16 of the playoffs will be held in Tennessee. A fascinating season to this point saw another change at the top of the Drivers’ Championship following the Go Bowling at The Glen last weekend.

Christopher Bell moved to the summit after finishing 14th in the road race in New York. However, his advantage at the summit stands at just three points. Austin Cindric has been the resurgent driver in the playoffs, finishing tenth in back-to-back races to move up to second.
Joey Logano also remains within striking distance after following up his win in the Quaker State 400 by claiming 15th last weekend. However, interestingly, none of the top ten drivers in the standings finished inside the top ten last weekend.
The best finishing driver was Chase Briscoe, who claimed sixth for his best finish since winning the Southern 500 in the final race of the regular season.
But, previous race winning experience in the night race is seen as a major positive based on the returning drivers that have followed up with victories in Tennessee.

Past winners have a strong record in the race this weekend, meaning it is little surprise to see Denny Hamlin at the top of the betting. However, we will be siding with 2022 winner Chris Buescher to land a second straight win to book his spot in the final 12 of the playoffs.
