Before Betting on Battlehawks vs Brahmas

St. Louis exited Week 2 with their first win of the season, after claiming a hotly contested home game against the Arlington Renegades. QB A.J. McCarron had an very solid game in the win. He completed 19 of 29 passes for 248 yards and 2 touchdowns. He’ll aim to build on that performance in Week 3’s upcoming clash with the Brahmas.

RB Mataeo Durant also made a huge impact in his season debut, rushing 14 times for 104 yards and a touchdown. St. Louisā€™ offensive weapons donā€™t stop there, with WR Marcell Ateman now at 10 catches for 174 yards and 3 touchdowns through the first two games. The Battlehawks are poised to return to the playoffs, boasting one of the UFL’s top offenses.

The Brahmas improved to 2-0 against Memphis last week, remaining as one of only two undefeated teams in the UFL. Theyā€™ll be tasked with slowing down a red-hot Battlehawks offense to stay undefeated. San Antonioā€™s win over the Showboats last week gave them a lot of momentum entering this game. They trailed 16-0 entering the 4th quarter, but outscored Memphis 20-3 in the final period.

QB Chase Garbers played well in the win, completing 29 of 40 passes for 287 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception. He started the season out poorly, but has a key opportunity here to add to his momentum. He’ll need the running game, which has averaged barely three yards per carry, to provide more support against the Battlehawks dangerous offense.
