We don’t know why Paddy Pimblett called out Bobby Green following the UFC 300, but the Englishman got the opportunity to meet the veteran in his own backyard at the UFC 304.

Before Betting on Bobby Green vs. Paddy Pimblett UFC 304

Green is one of the most experienced guys in the division, and his 50 bouts speak for themselves. He recorded 32 wins, 15 losses, one no contest, and a draw each. Green was better than Jim Miller in his previous battle, via unanimous decision. Over the previous four battles, he posted three wins and a KO loss to Jalin Turner, beating Grant Dawson and Tony Ferguson.

Green is a heavy-handed puncher who knows how to use his boxing skills in the best possible way. The way he KOd Dawson after 33 seconds shows that he didn’t forget how to massacre people despite his age. He also has solid wrestling, but nothing more than that. The thing here is his cardio because of his 37 years. That’s kinda questionable.

Pimblett is an excellent hype-maker, and he suits perfectly this card. It’s in England, and he knows how to make the crowd go wild. Now, some say that he’s nothing more than just a showman. Though so far, he has collected 21 wins and three losses via various methods, 9 via submission and six each via KO or decision. So he’s versatile.

His previous two battles were against the washed-out Tony Ferguson and Jared Gordon, whom he both won after unanimous decisions. Aggressive, mobile, and creative in the octagon, he has an excellent chance to become the elite in the division. However, that would require a massive amount of effort from his side.
