- Max Beier and Felix Nmecha shines
- RB Leipzig slow and sloppy
- Serhou Guirassy nets winner
Borussia Dortmund continue their exceptional home form as they get a crucial 2-1 win over RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga.
All the early pressure came from Dortmund, yet despite their efforts, it was RB Leipzig who took the lead first. Benjamin Sesko smashed home his third goal of the season as he latched onto a wild backheel from Lois Openda.
In less than three minutes, Dortmund were level. Felix Nmecha headed down a corner for Maximilian Beier to tap in from close range.
Dortmund’s dominance continued, with Beier being the capitalist to the majority of their attacks. It was the German’s cross that set up Serhou Guirassy to head in and give the team in yellow the lead.
