Not for the first time in recent history, Los Blancos also needed a late comeback in their semi-final second leg against Bayern Munich after trailing 1-0. However, an unlikely hero emerged in the form of Joselu, who netted twice in three minutes at the end of the match. The success means that Real will be playing in their 18th European Cup final, which is seven more than any other team.
