Brighton hosts Fulham in what promises to be an interesting game this Sunday afternoon. The Seagulls play appealing football, while on the other side, the guests are inconsistent and very dangerous.

Before Betting on Brighton vs. Fulham

The Seagulls had five winless games in a row before beating Ajax this Thursday night in the Europa League, 2-0. It wasn’t a shiny performance for Brighton, but they got three points and stopped the negative streak, which is the only important thing. Of course, they are now fully in control of their destiny on the international stage.

It was another match at Amex where Brighton scored at least two goals. In seven games at home, the Seagulls didn’t net twice only on one occasion. They are an offensive-minded machinery that isn’t afraid of anyone. De Zerbi implemented a fearless mentality, and the players accepted that.

Fulham’s best player by far is the goalkeeper Bernd Leno, who has three clean sheets and numerous saves this year. It is something that tells a lot about this unit. The Cottagers won’t be as competitive as during the previous season, and their main goal is to keep the Premiership status.

Aleksandar Mitrovic’s jump to Arabia left them crippled in the offense. That’s why Fulham’s performances at home are much better than on the road, where they look pretty pale. The last four road trips saw them without a victory, and right now, the Cottagers didn’t score for more than 180 minutes away from home.

Fulham will try to defend, but they don’t have the capacity to endure Brighton’s attacks. Once you allow the Seagulls to impose their rhythm and give them the initiative, that’s it, you are done. One other reason for picking Brighton is their home form and Fulham’s poor away performances.
