The Milwaukee Bucks clash with the Denver Nuggets tonight, in what is the central game of the entire NBA program. Two back-to-back NBA MVPs, Giannis and Jokic, are going one after another.

Before Betting on the Bucks vs. Nuggets

The Bucks should see Doc Rivers on their bench for the first time since he officially accepted the franchise’s offer to become their new head coach. Something went wrong between the Bucks and the former coach, Adrian Griffin, who was fired despite the team sitting among the best teams in the East.

Milwaukee won five of the previous six meetings, with the sole defeat taking place at home against the Cleveland Cavaliers, whom they had defeated two nights earlier. Though, following that event, the Bucks bounced back to demolish Zion and the Ples, 141-117, with Giannis dropping 30 buckets and three more players having 20+ buckets, Brook Lopez, 24, Damian Lillard, 26, and Bobby Portis, 20 off the bench.

The Nuggets are 7-3 in the past ten events, with four triumphs in a row at home. Though, the champs were on a tour through the East, meeting top teams, like the Pacers and the Celtics, whom they both won, losing just to the Knicks. Right after that, they met with the 76ers at home, beating them 111-105.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see the clash between Embiid and Jokic because the Cameroonian player once again “fled” the battlefield, proving that handing him the MVP last season was a big mistake. Jokic, meanwhile, was solid with 26 points, 16 boards and seven assists, while Murray scored 23 points with seven assists and six threes. MPJ added 20 and Aaron Gordon 18.

The Bucks and the Nuggets are in good shape, relying more on the offensive talent than the defensive. Even though Doc Rivers is going to debut, we still believe in high-scoring efficiency. Therefore, over 238.5 points is our pick.
