The top ranked Duke Blue Devils are 2-0 on the season with 30 point wins over Elon and Utah Valley. In those two wins, the Blue Devils scored 98 points per game. The Blue Devils have one of the most elite freshman in Marvin Bagley III, who scored 24.5 points per game in the first two games of the season. Trevon Duval is also an elite point guard, who dished out 10 assists per game in the most recent win.

Duke’s Grayson Allen is back for his final season, and has started the season with 20 points per game, and nearly 4 rebounds per game. The Blue Devils are seeking their 6th national title, and second in 3 seasons.
Spartans Elite in 2017
Tom Izzo is back as the head coach of the Michigan State Spartans. Of course he is – the guy just continues to win. The Spartans head man may have one of his best rosters at the University. Michigan State has not won a title since 2000 – but in their school history – they have been to the Final Four 9 times. The Spartans are the favorites to win the Big Ten- with Purdue and Northwestern as their biggest tests.
In the one game, National Player of the Year candidate Miles Bridges scored 20 points, in just over 27 minutes on the floor. Cassius Winston is back for the Spartans as well, and scored 12 points and dished out 8 assists. The Spartans do not play a true road game until early December when they are at the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
Duke Tops Michigan State
What a game we have here. We have two different rosters coming into this game. For the Duke Blue Devils – sure Grayson Allen has been through all the battles, but the roster is pretty young, and inexperienced. Duke has all sorts of new bodies on the court. For Michigan State, they have an experienced lineup. The talent is great on both sides, but there is no question that the Duke Blue Devils are more talented.
Duke is going to want to push the ball up and down the floor, while Michigan State would rather grind it out and play a slower tempo game. Anytime you get the top two teams in College Basketball together, you are going to have a sensational basketball game. The final bet for this game is with the Duke Blue Devils. Bet on the Duke Blue Devils -1.5 at MyBookie.
