The Czech Masters is the offering on the European Tour this weekend for golf fans, with the high-quality action taking place at PGA National Oaks Prague. This event has been a regular stop on the European Tour since 2014, but which player will be favored to add their name to the prestigious list of winners?

Before Betting On Czech Masters

The Czech Masters looks set to be a typically wide-open affair this weekend, with some of the top European players set to be in action in Prague. This event has been held since 2014, with the only exception coming in 2020 when the competition was cancelled due to the pandemic. Players will compete across 7,592 yards at PGA National Oaks Prague this weekend, with a purse of $2.5 million up for grabs.

The stroke play event has seen some famous winner crowned throughout history, but none have been as dominant as Todd Clements and Andrea Pavan, with the respective 2018 and 2023 champions finishing with record 266 aggregate scores.

Tom McKibbin will be among the favorites to land a third professional victory this weekend. The Northern Irishman was last seen finishing in a tie for 66th at The Open, but he has been incredibly consistent on the European Tour this season, finishing second in the Italian Open to take a second top ten finish in four starts.

Matthew Jordan could also have solid claims this weekend, as he chases a first victory on the European Tour. The Englishman has made the cut on his last 13 appearances on the Tour since the start of April, and he comes into the competition this weekend after an excellent top-ten finish at The Open last month.

A new course for the event this weekend ensures that it will be a challenging competition to predict. However, a chance could be taken on the returning Frederic Lacroix, who was last seen finishing in the top 20 at the BMW International Open.
