The winless Titans travel to Miami to play the struggling Dolphins in the NFL’s Game Week 4.
Our Dolphins vs. Titans prediction is to back the -2 spread in Miami’s favor at -115.
Dolphins Are Slight Favorites Over Winless Titans
Team | Spread | Money Line | Total |

Dolphins | -2 (-115) | -135 | U 37 (-115) |
Desperate Dolphins Look for QB Spark
With Tua Tagovailoa out indefinitely with a concussion and backup Skylar Thompson questionable with a rib injury, the Dolphins will turn to former Raven Tyler Huntley to start against the visiting Titans.
Huntley adds the threat of a quarterback run to the Dolphins offense, something that was missing with Thompson. The concussion-prone Tagovailoa largely abandoned and avoided scrambling as part of his game to protect his head.
With Thompson’s inability to get the ball to Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, the main offensive threat was running back De’Von Achane. Huntley has a stronger arm and his running ability should open up the offense to a greater degree.
Expect the Dolphins defense to be aggressive in trying to force Titans QB Will Levis into mistakes.
Titans are Struggling Offensively
Titans first-year head coach Brian Callahan is growing increasingly frustrated with Levis’ decision-making, propensity for errors and the amount of yardage he’s losing when he’s sacked.
The Titans defense has been effective against the pass, but it is near the bottom in the league against the run. Callahan seems fearful of letting Levis loose to throw the ball deep.
Their running backs, Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears, have been limited in their ability to gobble up yards. Opponents understood and took advantage of the constraints on and frequent gaffes by the quarterback.
If this continues, Callahan could turn to backup quarterback Mason Rudolph who is less a gambler and more of a game manager than Levis.
Dolphins vs. Titans Prediction: Miami to Bounce Back
The Titans are in disarray and the Dolphins are desperate at home. Expect a solid game from Huntley on the ground and through the air to win, easily covering the light spread.
