Everton faces Arsenal at Goodison on Sunday in a game that might be the last for their manager, Sean Dyche.

Before Betting on Everton vs. Arsenal

Sean Dyche is currently facing intense criticism, with his managerial position at Everton hanging in the air after a disappointing performance over the opening four EPL rounds. The former Burnley manager has struggled to secure positive results lately, with only one point earned of the possible 12, which puts the club in the relegation zone early into the campaign.

Despite promising displays during the preseason, the team’s fortunes quickly turned sour with defeats to Fulham, Wolves, and Aston Villa in the first three games. After that, we saw the Toffees eliminating Doncaster from the EFL Cup and taking one point on the road in Sheffield, but still, that didn’t convince anyone that the team was on the recovery path.

When analyzing Arsenal’s recent Premier League matches, an interesting pattern emerges. In three out of their four games, both teams managed to find the back of the net, with three or more goals involved. The only exception to this trend was their narrow 0-1 victory against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The Gunners are coming off a 3-1 victory over Manchester United, which saw them netting twice in stoppage time to take down the big rivals. The win created a swing, which was already present following Gabriel Jesus’ comeback in the lineup as he recovered from an injury.

Arsenal’s game is at a much higher level than Everton’s, and the position in the standings displays that in the best possible way. They are better in all the lines, their chemistry is healthier and more advanced than Everton’s, which is why we expect the Gunners to claim all three points.
