Puerto Rico claimed their spot in the FIBA Olympic main tournament after winning the Puerto Rico-region qualifying final against Lithuania. This matchup against South Sudan is likely to be the only one they are favored in. That being said, Puerto Rico was a dominant 4-0 during the qualifiers and scored nearly 100 points in two of the matchups. They should be considered a sleeper team in the main tournament, with an offense that is capable of getting hot enough to pull off a major upset. They need to start off with a win here.
