The New York Giants head for Texas to meet the Dallas Cowboys in an All-American matchup. These two franchises are arguably the most popular of all in the NFL and have a status that is a bit higher than all the others.

Before Betting on Giants vs. Cowboys

The New York Giants are experiencing a bad season, having only two wins and seven losses so far, and are making a step back compared to the previous campaign. On top of everything, they lost quarterback Daniel Jones last week, who honestly didn’t contribute well this year.

Previously, they had several more injuries, with the only QB available being the rookie Tommy DeVito. That forced the front office to sign a veteran, Matt Barkley. The Giants will appear without tight end Darren Waller, too, and we can say there isn’t too much hope they might improve this year.

On the other side are the Cowboys, who narrowly lost to the Eagles in Philly last weekend, 26-23. Prescott and the boys are playing good football, beating two LA teams in the games that preceded the Rams, 43-20, and the Chargers, 20-17.

Prescott surpassed a 2000-yard mark, having eleven more coming into this matchup, with 13 TD passes and five picks, which is very good. What we have to add is that CeeDee Lamb plays at an All-Pro level, racking up 824 yards and three touchdown receptions already now. At this pace, he could reach 1,500 yards by the end of the year.

The Giants have no pressure, but on the other side, they have no quarterbacks. We must remind you that DeVito entered the roster as the third guy on the depth chart. The spread on the Cowboys was increasing during the week and is now 16 points, and we believe they won’t have any problems covering it.
