Before Betting On Golden Knights vs Flames

Any danger that the Vegas Golden Knights may have a repeat disappointment of missing out on the playoffs again this term appear to have eased over the early weeks of the season. The Golden Knights have been one of the early standout teams in the NHL, as they have picked up three wins from three to sit top of the Pacific Division standings.

Their excellent start to the season was maintained over the weekend, as they bossed proceedings against the Seattle Kraken. The Golden Knights scored twice in the opening period, before adding three more goals in the second. By the time that the final period got underway, the game was already in the bag. Jonathan Marchessault scored twice in the win, while other goals were added by Shea Theodore and Keegan Kolesar.

However, this will be the Golden Knight’s first big test of the season, as they come up against a Calgary Flames side that are also unbeaten this term. The Flames have won both of their opening games of the season, and have scored nine times, while also allowing just six.

The Flames recorded a second straight win in the NHL on Saturday, as they held off the Edmonton Oilers to pick up a 4-3 win. Andrew Mangiapane, Mikael Backlund, Nazem Kadri and Michael Stone scored the goals in the win for the Flames.
