#3 Kansas (15-3) may see a bit of a drop in the rankings by the time they take the court on Monday night against Cincinnati (13-5). The Jayhawks fell 91-85 to West Virginia over the weekend as -10 point favorites but the BearCats have lost three of their last four and are in a bit of a rut.

Before Betting on BearCats vs Kansas NCAAB

Despite the loss to WVU on Saturday, the Jayhawks have hopes of a big win in this matchup considering they are 9-0 at home. In KU’s last game at the Phog Allen Fieldhouse they beat Oklahoma 78-66, and that was just their second game on their own court since December 22nd.

KU does have a talent advantage in this spot, led by Kevin McCullar, Jr. and his 20.0 ppg average. McCullar, Jr. had 34 points in a win over Yale last month and has scored at least 16 points in 12 straight games. Hunter Dickinson has also scored at least 19 points in five of his last six.

Cincinnati might be a nice play at +8 points just because they’ve had the propensity to keep games close lately. The BearCats are 1-3 in their last four, but all four games were decided by 4 points or less. Cincinnati was also favored in three of those games though and three of them were at four, so maybe close games were actually a bad thing in those spots.

BearCats vs Kansas NCAAB Prediction & Pick

Kansas has had some defensive issues at times this season, and they’re very inconsistent either blowing teams out by double digits lately or losing games outright where they were double digit favorites. That inconsistency makes +8 points too many to give up.
