With growing concerns amongst the Democratic Party that Joe Biden is not cognitively capable of defeating Donald Trump in the upcoming General Election, it appears that his decision to drop out is no longer an “if” but a “when”. Biden dropping out will open a path for Kamala Harris or a different candidate to lead the party.
