The Rays look to clinch the series win behind Zach Eflin (5-7, 4.14 ERA) who has allowed 4+ ER in three of his last five starts. Eflin has especially struggled on the road – which doesn’t bode well for Wednesday’s game in Toronto – posting a 5.52 ERA compared to 2.25 at Tropicana Field.
