Our Justin Gaethje vs. Max Holloway prediction is that this is going to be a bloody war worthy of a BMF title fight. Not only are both of these guys incredible strikers with 7+ significant strikes landed per minute on average, but they’re both also tough as nails.

The evidence of this is that Gaethje lost only twice by KO/TKO, while Holloway is still without a single loss by this method. Our prediction is that the Gaethje vs. Holloway fight will be crowned the Fight of the Night at UFC 300, but which fighter do we predict to win?

Before Betting on Justin Gaethje vs. Max Holloway BMF Title Fight

Justin Gaethje has fought the who’s who of the Lightweight division, which is why the fact that his record is 25-4 is really impressive. In fact, all four of his losses happened against real legends of the division – Eddie Alvarez, Dustin Poirier, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Charles Oliviera.

All of them were in their prime when they fought Gaethje. But when was Gaethje’s prime? One may argue that it was at the start of the decade when he beat Tony Ferguson in the fight for the UFC Lightweight interim title.

We, however, think that despite turning 36 later this year, Gaethje still has a lot to accomplish in the UFC. In fact, we think that he might even get to fight for the UFC Lightweight title again in the future.

This goes especially if he manages to defend his BMF title against Max Holloway. This guy is 25-7, with most of his fights happening in the featherweight division.

When it comes to fighting lightweights, he doesn’t have too impressive a record. In his first and, so far, only fight in the UFC Lightweight Division, he lost to Dustin Poirier by unanimous decision.

We have a bold prediction for the Justin Gaethje vs. Max Holloway BMF fight at UFC 300 – Gaethje is going to be the one to inflict Holloway his first-ever loss by KO/TKO.

The reason we think that is that Holloway has never fought against such a powerful opponent as Gaethje. He’s bigger and stronger than him, not to mention that he’s an expert for knockouts. The evidence of this is that 20 of Gaethje’s 25 career wins happened by this method.

Pick: Justin Gaethje by KO/TKO
