Juventus and Barcelona meet at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco in a clash that is a part of the US tour of both teams. These two European titans have often met in big games, sometimes even in trophy matches, therefore this should be a spectacle.

Before Betting on Juventus vs. Barcelona

Juve didn’t have any games in preseason before this one. Massimiliano Allegri still isn’t sure about his team’s roster because Dusan Vlahovic’s future isn’t yet known, and there are several other questions Juve needs to take care of. The Serbian striker is on the radar of several European powerhouses, and since Juve isn’t playing in the Champions League, they will need money to cover up the financial projections.

Juan Cuadrado left the Old Lady, the same as Angel Di Maria, while on the other side, there weren’t any notable arrivals. Juve’s game was unstable during the previous campaign, but overall, this team played solid football, given the circumstances in which they functioned.

Barcelona landed Ilkay Gundogan, the German veteran who was one of the key players in Manchester City’s Treble quest last year. He will be a massive addition to Xavi’s crew, who lacked some authority on the field.

Though Barca has one of the best defenses in Spain’s history, their backline has been the team’s focal point in last year’s title run. Xavi’s decision to make his team ultra-defensive eventually produced fantastic results, and the fans didn’t have any remarks about that change.

This game won’t see too many goals due to Barca’s style of play. If you take a look, their games throughout the second part of the previous season were highly inefficient. Juventus lacks the power to impose its own tempo of play, so we expect to see under 2.5 goals in San Francisco.
