LA FC meets Minnesota United in the most interesting MLS game this Wednesday night. The black and gold are in excellent form, and we can say that United’s previous performances have been nothing short of excellent as well.

Before Betting on LA FC vs. Minnesota United

The FC has been unstoppable lately, having won five straight meetings, including two in the US Open Cup. Their defense has stepped up and allowed only one goal during this span, and the attack has been more than productive, netting 12 goals throughout the stretch.

LA FC netted twice or more in all but one event, which was on the road in Atlanta last weekend, 0-1. Since the campaign began, they haven’t lost a game at the BMO Stadium, triumphing in six encounters and recording two ties.

The visiting unit’s six consecutive matches without a failure say enough about their form. Minnesota had four victories with a couple of ties, playing more or less exciting football. We say that because seven of United’s previous games all saw three or more goals, and one didn’t end with both teams netting.

Eric Ramsay’s boys had six road matches since the start of the season. Their current record is four wins, one loss and one tie. Regarding efficiency, five were with three or more goals and four were with both teams netting.

LA FC vs. Minnesota United Head to Head

The first clash in this MLS campaign was in mid-March, when United triumphed in Minnesota, 2-0. It was their first win over FC after seven straight games.

We won’t take any full-time-result bets here but simply pick over 2.5 goals. It seems that high efficiency looks like the best and the most reasonable choice. As you can see, the stats suggest this, and we have to go along.
