Morant Shows Up Against Golden State
With 35 points, four of them in the crucial part of the overtime, Ja Morant marked the match against the Warriors. The sophomore was unstoppable, and after that match, we can say without any hesitation that he already made a transition into a serious NBA star, with the potential to become one of the leading stars in the league.
Morant averaged 19.1 points with 7.4 assists per game, representing Memphis’ very diverse and potent offense. Jenkins put together a nice crew, with several players able to score 20 points without any problems.
Jonas Valanciunas was good as well, with the Lithuanian big fella contributing with 12.6 boards throughout the campaign. They also received a big boost in Jaren Jackson Jr’s comeback, with the former fourth pick enriching their game on both ends of the floor.
The Jazzers Worrying About Mitchell
Even though Spida should be back for Game 1, the fans are unease once mentioning the name of their best player. Some are scared that he isn’t 100% ready and that he might aggravate the injury, while others believe that Mitchell dropped out of form and that he won’t be able to play as he did during the regular part of the campaign.
Mitchell was the 11th scorer in the league, with 26.4 points while also recording 5.2 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game. However, his clutch performances were fantastic, which separated him from all other shooting guards in the league.
As for the Jazz, this team is arguably the best offense in the league, along with the Nets. Having Jordan Clarkson, Joe Ingles (top two candidates for winning the Sixth Man of the Year Award), Bojan Bogdanovic gives Quin Snyder various options.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Utah Jazz Prediction and Pick
The line for the total number of points in this event is 215.5, and that is more than reachable, especially if Mitchell plays. We expect to see the Jazzers at their usual 120 once playing home, while the Grizzlies should score 100 points on the other side. Also, if you want to take some risk in the quest for high odds, go with the Jazzers winning and covering the spread of -8.5 points.
