Meanwhile, the Kings are in free fall. They were superb at one point, but just froze over the past several games, as the team from Sacramento suffered seven consecutive defats. Both of these units aren’t keen on playing defense, and are focused on scoring as many points as possible, so we should expect to see one attractive and appealing game at Barclays Center this Tuesday.

Sacramento’s Terrible Slump
The Kings had six wins in seven games, before losing seven straight. We haven’t seen such oscillation in the NBA this season, and that is yet another proof that Sacramento doesn’t have what it takes to be a playoff team. With all due respect towards these guys, they have to do better to reach the postseason.
De’Aaron Fox lost his touch over the past four games, scoring 63 points in total over that period, with 20 points against the Bulls being the highest. The Bucks limited him to just 13 buckets and one rebound last night.
Tyrese Haliburton had 23 points off the bench, shooting 10-for-16 from the field, while Buddy Hield had another poor performance, 13 points, 3-for-13, and 2-for-10 for three. Pretty bad for a guy who ate most of the Kings’ salary cap space.
Nets on Fire
Brooklyn has seven straight wins, but what is more important, they came back from the Western tour with five Ws in their bag, beating all the rivals without Kevin Durant. Nets were better than the Lakers, Clippers, Kings, Warriors, and Suns.
James Harden and Kyrie Irving made everything look so easy, with the two superstars demolishing everything that stood in their way. In the latest match against the Clippers, 112-108, Irving had 28 points, while Harden scored 37.
All this was without KD, who was sidelined in the previous three games. So imagine what they would look like once Durantula comes back on the court. Brooklyn is second in the East with 20 wins and 12 losses, just half a game behind the 76ers, meaning that they will give 100% to beat the Kings.

One week ago, the Nets beat Kings at the Golden One Center, 136-125, with Kyrie dropping 40 buckets. Harden had a triple-double with 29 points, 14 assists, and 13 boards.
Kings vs Nets Pick and Prediction
There is no way for the Nets to miss this chance for an easy win. When looking at their recent performance, a double-digit win here wouldn’t surprise anyone. We expect to see Durant back on the court, which will only add more problems for the Kings, who are already in serious trouble. Their defense is terrible, and yet on the other side of the court, they have three rivals just waiting to rip them into small pieces.
