The Boston Celtics beat the Raptors earlier this week, and would love to compete the sweep of the week. The Celtics have won six straight games since a road loss in New Orleans. In those six games, Boston has allowed 100+ points just once. The Celtics are the third best defense, allowing 100.1 per game.
The top scorer for the Celtics is Kyrie Irving with 24.4 points per game, but we will likely not see him again until the postseason. The Celtics have also enjoyed a very good season from Jaylen Brown. The second year guard is scoring 14 points per game, just ahead of rookie Jayson Tatum with 13.9.
Toronto Tops Boston
This should be a competitive basketball game. Could be the Eastern Conference Finals Preview. The Raptors can really score, and Boston is a really good defensive team. The Celtics are not as good on the road as they have been at home, and going against a solid home team in Toronto.
Look for the Raptors to run the basketball up and down the floor a little quicker than the pace that the Celtics want to go. When push comes to shove, the Raptors are going to win this game at home.
