The NCAA Tournament has announced it’s 68 teams, and their matchups. The Big Dance or otherwise known as March Madness is ready to get started. The first and second round venues feature Charlotte, Boise, Dallas, Nashville, Wichita, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and San Diego. The Sweet 16 and Elite 8 will be played in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Boston and Omaha. The Final Four will be in San Antonio. Let’s take a look at the Top 16 teams in the tournament, and one of them likely is going to take down the NCAA title.

1: Virginia Cavaliers, Villanova Wilcats, Kansas Jayhawks, Xavier Musketeers

The Virginia Cavaliers are the top seed in the tournament, but will face either Kentucky or Arizona in the Sweet 16. That does not sound fun. Xavier and Villanova have to wait to find out their opponent, while Kansas gets the smart kids from Penn as their first round matchup.

2: North Carolina Tar Heels, Duke Blue Devils, Purdue Boilermakers, Cincinnati Bearcats

The Duke Blue Devils are a 2 seed, but a second round matchup against Trae Young and the Oklahoma Sooners cannot have the Blue Devils living life easily. The North Carolina Tar Heels will see a red hot Providence team in the second round. 2 seeds are always tough, because we always see a 7 or 10 come through and get to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.

3: Texas Tech Red Raiders, Tennessee Volunteers, Michigan Wolverines, Michigan State Spartans

A pair of Big Ten teams here. The Michigan Wolverines are hot, after running through the Big Ten Tournament. Texas Tech was a team that was hot early, and slowed down late. If they are healthy, they are going to be a tough Sweet 16 game for Purdue. Tennessee may have the most favorable routes for all the 3 seeds in the Big Dance.

4: Arizona Wildcats, Wichita State Shockers, Gonzaga Bulldogs, Auburn Tigers

Wichita State is really good, but they are probably the least capable of reaching the Final Four out of this group. The 4 seeds are strong. Arizona could be the most talented team in all of College Basketball. They will have to beat Kentucky to even get out of the first weekend. Gonzaga trying to get back to the title game would see Ohio State then Xavier to reach the Elite 8. Auburn is a surprise team that would have a date against Kansas in Omaha in the Sweet 16.

There is a look at the Top 16 seeds in the 2018 NCAA Tournament. The major question – will anyone from outside this Top 16 list get to the Final Four, and will anyone really pull a surprise and win the national title? Enjoy all the NCAA Tournament action and best of luck with your betting!
