The Brooklyn Nets take on the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.
Before Betting on the Nets vs. 76ers
The Nets are fourth in the East with 29 wins and 17 losses, slowing significantly since Kevin Durant sustained his injury. Though, following the first few defeats, the Nets managed to break the curse, winning back-to-back games on the road in Utah and San Francisco.
We’ve seen them beating the Warriors at the Chase Center, 120-116, with Kyrie Irving’s fantastic performance. Uncle Drew had 38 points, nine assists, and seven boards, with five threes made. Though, Royce O’Neale was the guy who sealed the triumph with a three-pointer in the closing moments. Nic Claxton dropped 24 buckets and 15 boards.
Philly was on a road trip through the West, and we need to admit that Doc Rivers’ unit posted impressive results. Five outings, five wins, starting with the one in Utah, two in LA (Lakers and the Clippers), then in Portland and Sacramento.
They were pretty good against the Kings, winning 129-127 and erasing a massive 21-point deficit. The second half, especially the third period, when they reached the hosts. By the way, Joel Embiid was out in California.
Tyrese Maxey had 32 points, Tobi Harris and Montrezl Harrell had 17, the same as Georges Niang. These three guys recorded 19 boards combined. Also, Shake Milton added 15 buckets with seven assists and six rebounds.

The Nets are without Durant, and that’s a massive setback. On the other side, we have the 76ers in fantastic shape, and with Embiid fresh and ready, we believe they won’t have too many problems beating the franchise from Brooklyn.
