- The Tennessee Titans will have arguably the most challenging game of the year in LA against the Rams.
- The guests are coming into this event with four straight wins, but without Derrick Henry.
- On the other side, according to most analysts, the Rams are the top candidates for winning the Super Bowl.
One of the most interesting matches of NFL Week 9 will be between the two teams that are in contention for the Super Bowl. Though, the Titans are no longer in that mix because of Derrick Henry’s injury. That is at least what many say.
On the other side, the Rams are superb, and they aren’t slowing down. Arguably the best offense in the league is ruthless these days.

Life Without Henry
Derrick Henry has been the pivotal part of the Titans’ team in the past few years, as he evolved into the best running back in the NFL. He is the most dominant and the most influential player at this position right now. And with his injury, the Titans lost at least 100 yards and a TD per game. Also, God knows how many first downs.
Adrian Peterson, one of the greatest RBs of all time, will replace Henry, that is try to replace. Peterson is a veteran, and despite him being a physical freak, we can’t expect to see him post numbers like Henry. Plus, they have a bit different style.
All eyes will now be on Ryan Tannehill and his receiving duo, Jones-Brown. Julio is nowhere near his usual stats, and he isn’t 100% healthy, while Brown so far has played well, having 509 receiving yards and 3 TDs.
Rams Keep On Pounding
Matt Stafford can easily reach 5,000 yards this year. He has all the resources for that, with an unreal receiving core, led by Cooper Kupp, who already racked up 924 yards and 10 touchdowns.
After losing to the Arizona Cardinals, Sean McVay’s unit went on to win four straight – Seattle, Giants, Detroit, and Houston. All the matches were on the road apart from the one vs. Lions.
In the meantime, their superb defense was boosted with a trade that landed Von Miller in LA. The Rams play very intense matches, and Miller’s arrival will only add more pace and tempo to their overall performances. It will be interesting to see him, Donald and Ramsey on the field at the same time.
Titans vs. Rams Head to Head
The last time these two teams met was in 2017, and the Rams won in Tennessee, 27-23.
Titans vs. Rams Prediction and Pick
We are going with the Rams here, because they play at home, and the guests are still in shock because of losing their best player. The spread on the hosts is -7, and they will be able to cover that. This is a perfect chance for them to flex their muscles a little bit and show dominance.
