A big matchup in Tennessee between the Browns and the Titans is, for most NFL fans, the most exciting in Week 13. The two sides have the same record, 8-3, and were apparently targeting the form for this part of the campaign. The NFL’s regular part of the season is entering its final third, meaning that the margin for error is very thin, especially for the teams chasing the playoffs. Tennessee is after the top spot in the AFC South, and this will be a true test for them whether they deserve the same.

Browns To Continue The Positive Stretch

Baker Mayfield and the boys have three wins in a row, four in the last five, and this stretch propelled them to fifth place in the AFC. Their opponents weren’t anything special, as Kevin Stefanski’s boys bear the Bengals, Texans, Eagles, and the Jags while losing to Las Vegas.

Cleveland is still allowing more point, 26, than scoring, 24.1, and allow more yards, 372.1, than generate, 363.9. Mayfield is the one to blame here, as his side sees just 202.5 passing yards per match, which is way below the expected when talking about the Browns.

However, the ferocious duo, Nick Chubb-Kareem Hunt covers up all that, with the two averaging more than 166 yards combined, and has 10 touchdowns so far. Chubb is playing at the All-Pro level with 102.7 yards in each game.

Henry Starting to Take Over

We praised the Browns’ backfield a lot, and imagine now that there is a guy who eclipses all those compliments. Derrick Henry is the candidate for the MVP award, and he is yet to shift into a higher gear.

The Titans’ RB posted 1.257 yards and leads the NFL, has 12 TDs, which is second, and recorded 256 attacks, the highest of all players.

Against the Colts, in the biggest game of the season for the Titans so far, he had 178 rushing yards, three touchdowns, and numerous gains and chain moves. The week before, against the Baltimore Ravens, Henry added 133 yards on the ground with a TD. So, in all the big games, this fella shows up, and not only that, he makes a decisive difference.

We need to mention Ryan Tannehill, and his 23 TDs with four picks. If it weren’t for the rational and clever QB, the Titans and Henry wouldn’t be where they are at the moment.

Browns at Titans Head to Head

The Titans demolished the Browns last year, in Cleveland, 43-13. Henry had 159 yards from the scrimmage, with two scores.

Browns at Titans Prediction

We expect to see a massive battle here, as both sides have excellent individuals. However, from our perspective, the Titans are the favorites, and they should cover a -5.5 spread set by the bookies. After seeing them demolish the Colts last Sunday, this shouldn’t be a big problem for Henry and his crew. Also, Tennessee’s defense is way better than the guests’, and they should harass Mayfield enough to force a few mistakes.
