The quarterfinals at Wimbledon get underway on Tuesday afternoon, with four of the top male players in action. However, our focus will be on the fixture between Novak Djokovic and tenth-seeded Jannik Sinner. The winner of this quarterfinal will meet either Cameron Norrie or David Goffin in the semi-finals later in the week.
Before Betting On Wimbledon Novak Djokovic vs Jannik Sinner
Novak Djokovic remains the clear favorite in the betting to win the men’s title this year, and he remains on a collision course with Rafael Nadal, as the two legends could meet in the final on Sunday. Djokovic is the top seed at this year’s Wimbledon, and he has dropped just two games in reaching this stage of the competition.
The Serbian star has met only one seeded player to this point, but he easily came through that test against Miomir Kecmanovic in straight sets. In the previous round, he clashed with Dutch player Tim van Rijthoven. Djokovic dropped a set in the second, but managed to recompose himself to eventually win 6-2, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2.
The rankings would certainly highlight that this is Djokovic’s biggest test to date, as tenth-seed Jannik Sinner is one of the players that has excelled throughout the competition to this point. He has already beaten Stan Wawrinka and John Isner, and managed to overcome fifth-seed Carlos Alcaraz in the previous round.
That was a stunning display by the Italian, as he got past the talented Spanish player in four sets. This is already his joint-best run in a Grand Slam, but he isn’t likely to want this Wimbledon campaign to come to an end on Tuesday.

The odds currently have Djokovic as the clear favorite. It is hard to bet against that, but there could be some value in the handicap market. We could see Sinner (+6.5) being a solid selection considering the consistency that the Italian has shown throughout the year. That is currently a +110 chance with BetUS.
