Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett is 2-0 since inking a deal with the UFC last year. The English fighter won both of his fights within distance, getting the Performance of the Night bonus each time. Can he continue his impressive run? Not if you’re asking Jordan Leavitt, an American fighter with whom Paddy is locking horns on Saturday, July 23 at UFC Fight Night 208.

Before Betting on Pimblett vs. Leavitt

Paddy the Baddy (18-3) is famous for his antics both inside and outside the octagon. The charismatic Englishman has already become a fan favorite, but the question is whether he really has what it takes to become the next UFC superstar.

It seems that the promotion isn’t so sure about that. According to the man himself, he was paid just $12,000 for his second UFC fight (plus another 12k for winning it). This time, he’ll probably get more, but Paddy is dreaming of millions which he can only get by fighting an elite opponent.

His next opponent isn’t considered elite. Jordan Leavitt (10-1) might have a decent record, but he’s fought only four UFC fights so far, which explains why offshore betting sites see him as a huge underdog in Saturday’s fight. If Paddy can beat him, it’s almost certain his next fight is going to be against an A-list fighter.

Paddy the Baddy is going for a win at UFC Fight Night 208, and he wants to do it quickly. We believe he does have the skillset to finish Leavitt within the distance, not to mention that he’s going to have his fans to back him if things get harder than expected.
