Edmonton enters Game 3 with a 7-1 goal deficit. The concerns about their defense’s ability to hold off Florida’s offensive attack have been fully realized. In the net, Stuart Skinner has been thoroughly outplayed by the veteran Bobrovsky. On the other hand, the Oilers had equally pressing troubles on offense. The presence of Connor McDavid alone hasn’t been nearly enough to carry Edmonton offensively. The Oilers need a complete turnaround in the next two games at home to stay alive.
