Even though Baltimore comes into their week 15 game in Cleveland tied with Cincinnati atop the AFC North, the Ravens are still an underdog on Saturday afternoon. That line is due mostly to the Baltimore QB position, as Lamar Jackson (knee) missed last week’s 2-point win over Pittsburgh and backup QB Tyler Huntley was hurt during the course of the Steelers game. That gives the Browns a great opportunity to pick up a win and keep their faint playoff hopes alive.
Before Betting on Ravens vs Browns
One would think Cleveland QB Deshaun Watson gets better each and every week as he heads into just his third game in the last two seasons following a suspension for misconduct. Watson threw his first TD pass as a member of the Browns last week, finishing 26/42 for 276 yards. That was much better than his 12/22, 131 yard debut performance against Houston in week 13.
While Watson should feel more comfortable in game 3 and in what is also his home debut, Baltimore is holding opponents to under 20 ppg. Cleveland’s #5 rush offense will be challenged by the Ravens’ #2 ranked rush defense that gives up just 81.3 ypg on the ground. The Browns carried the ball 24 times for 113 yards in their 23-20 loss at Baltimore in week 7.
Jackson will be out on Saturday with his PCL strain and Baltimore not wanting to risk more serious injury prior to the playoffs. Huntley was just 8/12 for 85 yards last week vs the Steelers but he does have more experience in this system compared to 3rd string rookie Anthony Brown and would be the better option if he can clear concussion protocols.

Ravens vs Browns Prediction & Pick
There’s just a lot of QB uncertainty surrounding Baltimore here, and on the flip side Watson is playing in his first home game as a member of the Browns and in this divisional rivalry game. That may have Watson pressing and trying to force throws though, and the Ravens defense will eat that up. A good defense, an accurate QB, and a solid run game can travel for Baltimore here.
