The inaugural UFL season has reached Week 7 of 10. This matchup features a clash between two teams that have had brutal starts to the season. The winless Arlington Renegades (0-6) will be aiming to claim their first victory of the season against the similarily struggling Memphis Showboats (1-5). The Renegades need to make good use of their home-field advantage in this game.
Before Betting on Showboats vs Renegades
Memphis dropped their 5th consecutive game on Saturday, falling to 1-5 on the season. After winning on the road against Houston in Week 1, the Showboats have completely collapsed. Their defense was overwhelmed by the 6-0 Stallions last week, giving up 39 points in the defeat. Meanwhile, the offense also had it’s fair share of struggles. They averaged less than 5 yards per play, and turned the ball over as well.
The only team with a longer losing streak than Memphis is Arlington. The Renegades have had a historically poor season, currently sitting at 0-6. That being said, they did show some fight last week against the 4-2 Panthers. Despite being on the road, Arlington kept the game close, eventually losing 28-27. They’ll be aiming to build on that newly gained momenntum against a more beatable team this week.
Showboats vs Renegades Offshore Odds
This game features two teams that have struggled a ton all season long. It’ll be hard to predict which team will break out of their funk first. Arlington has home-field advantage, but is yet to win this season. Meanwhile, Memphis has lost five straight games since winning their opener on the road. This game is the opposite of Battlehawks vs Stallions. A 5-game losing streak meets a 6-game losing streak, with one of them forced to end.
