The Indianapolis Colts (6-8) host the Tennessee Titans (3-11). The Colts still have a small chance to make the playoffs if they win their final three games and get some outside help. Tennessee is playing out its season and has switched quarterbacks from Will Levis to Mason Rudolph. Our Titans vs Colts prediction is for home favorite Indianapolis to cover the 3.5-point spread.
The Colts lead 38-22 head-to-head. They won the Week 6 matchup in Tennesseee 20-17.

Tennessee Benches QB Will Levis
Titans head coach Brian Callahan insists that the organization still believes in Levis. However, the objective reality is that the second-year quarterback does not possess one primary attribute Callahan values for his West Coast Offense: ball security.
Several teams in addition to Tennessee switched quarterbacks this week. Only Cleveland benching Jameis Winston for Dorian Thompson-Robinson is a clear downgrade blatantly designed to enhance the likelihood of losing.
The Titans are probably not any worse with Rudolph.
Minimally, he’ll adhere to the parameters of the game plan and won’t do overtly dumb things for Callahan to look at him like he just arrived from Neptune and had never seen a football before as the coach has done several times this season with Levis.
They need a quarterback and they’re not-so-subtly trying to maximize their options in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Running back Tony Pollard is questionable with an ankle injury.
Indy Needs to Win Its 3 Remaining Games…and Might
This is the time of year when “if this, then that” takes precedence with playoff scenarios. It’s too much to calculate. Suffice it to say that the Colts — with a mediocre record and gaping holes — can only control what happens in the games they’re playing.
They have a favorable schedule to win those three games and give themselves as good a shot as possible for a ticket to the tournament. After Tennessee, they play the Giants and Jacksonville. New York looks like it’s outright trying to lose. Jacksonville is without star quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Backup Mac Jones has replaced him.
First, the Colts need to beat the Titans.
Tennessee is solid defensively in general, particularly against the pass. They’re third in the league for the fewest passing yards per game. But Indianapolis is not relying on quarterback Anthony Richardson to pass them to victory anyway.
Wide receiver Alec Pierce is out with a concussion.
Expect a heavy run game from Richardson and Jonathan Taylor.
Titans vs Colts Prediction: Indy Keeps Its Hopes Alive
The key for Indianapolis is Richardson avoiding the mistakes that have plagued him and led to his benching earlier in the season. They will rely on the run and throw only when necessary. With Tennessee all but capitulating on the season, Indy should win and cover the 3.5-point spread.
