The Tennessee Titans visit the Jacksonville Jaguars in a clash between two 3-12 teams. Both have had disastrous 2024 seasons and are just trying to get the season over with. Our Titans vs Jaguars prediction is for Tennessee to win the game outright.
Head-to-head, the Titans lead with a record of 35-25.
Offshore Odds: The Game is, Appropriately, Pick’em

Several Starters Are Out for Tennessee
The Titans had already benched erstwhile starting quarterback Will Levis in favor of backup Mason Rudolph. Now, they will be without top running back Tony Pollard and safety Amani Hooker.
In Week 16, they fell behind Indianapolis 38-7. They closed the deficit to 38-30 before running out of time. Rudolph was intercepted three times. Ironically, Tennessee is the best team in the NFL against the pass, allowing the fewest passing yards per game. Without Hooker, that one strength is diminished.
The season has been a disaster and they need a quarterback, which they undoubtedly will try to find in the 2025 draft.
The Jags Beat Tennessee Three Weeks Ago
Jacksonville’s only win in its past eight games was against Tennessee. In the last two weeks, they lost to two of the worst teams in the league, the Jets and Raiders.
Like Tennessee, they are playing with a backup quarterback, Mac Jones. Though they are not doing so by choice. Starter Trevor Lawrence is out for the season after a concussion and shoulder surgery.
They too are playing out the season. The primary difference is that the Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson and his staff either know their time is coming to an end or they’re delusional. Tennessee’s rookie head coach Brian Callahan will get a chance with a quarterback he likes.
Titans vs Jaguars Prediction: An “Everybody Ok?” Game
Former NFL player and author Tim Green wrote in one of his books that once games were out of hand or both teams had nothing to play for, the primary concern was that no one gets hurt. During scrums, they would say, “Everyone ok? Everyone ok?”
That’s Tennessee vs Jacksonville. The game is irrelevant other than thinking about draft position. Someone needs to win and Tennessee should take it.
