Scotland and Poland are in the UEFA Nations League A, which is a bit odd knowing that England is in the second tier. The two teams didn’t do anything notable at the previous EURO in Germany and want redemption in this competition.

Before Betting on Scotland vs. Poland

Scotland has not won in the previous four matches. It all started with a friendly against Finland, 2-2, and then extended through EURO, with them losing two events: to Germany, 5-1, and Hungary, 0-1, in between having a tie vs. Switzerland, 1-1.

This team is limited in quality having only a few stars, like Andy Robertson and Kieran Tierney. They run a lot, but technically, Scotland is an average unit. When it comes to tactical knowledge, they are below the average.

Poland’s unit is already way past its peak, with Robert Lewandowski still leading the way for this crew. Sure, there are some youngsters, but none of them are even near the status Barcelona’s striker has in this sport.

Participation at the recent EURO was a disaster for Poland, who took only one point from three events. They lost to the Netherlands in the opening round, 1-2, then to Austria, 1-3, before playing 1-1 against France. As you can see, their attack always showed up, but the defense wasn’t able to stop the rivals.

Scotland vs. Poland Head to Head

The last game between these teams was in 2022. It was a friendly in which we haven’t seen winners, 1-1. Interestingly, four of the previous five games all saw ties, and both teams scoring.

Scotland is very aggressive at home, and we saw them cause all sorts of problems to world-class teams. We don’t know what’s going on in the Polish unit, but nobody can convince us that they have a bigger motive than the Scottish unit to win here. That’s why we pick a double chance: Scotland or a draw here.
