Brandon Moreno (21-8-2) is a former UFC Flyweight champ who lost his championship belt last year after losing by split decision to Alexandre Pantoja. He made his return to the Octagon last February to fight title challenger Brandon Royval but lost again by the same method.
After two close losses, Moreno is ready to start winning again. He’s got the skills, physique, and motivation to beat Amir Albazi (17-1).
Sure, Albazi is an exciting fighter with an impressive record, but he just hasn’t fought against fighters at Moreno’s level. In fact, he’s only fought once against a Top 15 flyweight.
This happened in his most recent fight (June 2023), in which he defeated Kai Kara-France by a split decision.

Thug Rose landed more significant strikes than her opponent in all of those fights, but as it turns out, she doesn’t have the power needed to KO someone.
We think she won’t KO Blanchfield either as Cold Blooded is one of the toughest female fighters in the UFC. She’s 12-2 overall with both of her losses happening after the final bell.

Over the years, he’s become the gatekeeper of the division, “fraud-checking” a number of up-and-coming fighters. Will he do the same to Jhonata Diniz, a Muay Thai expert who’s 8-0 in MMA with 7 wins by KO/TKO?
We’re not sure, but we’re sure that someone will get put to sleep on Saturday.
Mike Malott’s Resurrection Starts on November 2

Mike Mallott’s brilliant run ended in January when Neil Magny beat him by a TKO in the closing moments of the fight. Before that, Malott was winning the fight and would’ve probably won by decision.
Fast-forward to November 2 and he’s got a chance to bounce back with a win over Trevin Giles, who’s coming off two straight losses inside the distance. In February, he got flattened by Carlos Prates and we think the loss has shaken his confidence significantly.
