Before Betting On United States Grand Prix

The exciting Formula 1 action continues on October 22, as the United States Grand Prix is staged at the Circuit of the Americas. It is a busy final couple of months of the season in North America, with excitement levels building ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix in November.

This race will see drivers complete a total of 51 laps, which will make up the 308.405 km race distance. Lewis Hamilton is the most successful driver in the history of the race with six victories, with Ferrari leading the way for the Constructors’ with ten victories throughout history.

The race for the Drivers’ Championship has already reached its conclusion, as Max Verstappen wrapped up a third title after finishing second in the Qatar Sprint. The Dutchman added the gloss onto his title celebrations by landing victory in the Grand Prix just 24 hours later.

However, Sergio Perez’s place in second in the standings looks under increasing threat, and he could face a fight to finish in that position. He was fortunate that Lewis Hamilton crashed out in Qatar after colliding with George Russell, with the latter eventually recovering to take fourth.

It was another solid weekend for the McLaren team, with Oscar Piastri landing a first win in F1 in the Sprint, before taking second on the podium in the Grand Prix. Teammate Lando Norris finished third in the race, marking the second race running that McLaren had achieved a double podium.
