The upcoming UFC Fight Night features Marlon Vera and Cory Sandhagen. It is the bantamweight battle and the main event of the night.
Before Betting on Vera vs. Sandhagen
Marlon Vera, a fighter from Ecuador, made his UFC debut in 2014. After a rough start in which it lost two of its first three fights, Brazilian jiu-jitsu has steadily moved up the Bantamweight rankings and is now ranked third. He has won his last four fights.
In his previous two fights, El Chito beat Dominick Cruz and Rob Font. The last time the Ecuadorian lost was in 2020 when José Aldo prevailed over him by a decision. Vera won two Performance of the Night and one Fight of the Night bonus. Chito comes into this event flying high after his victory against Dominick Cruz, a former two-time champion.
Cory Sandhagen is currently ranked number five in the UFC Bantamweight division. In October 2021, he fought Petr Yan for the interim UFC Bantamweight title, but lost that one via unanimous decision.
After that, Sandman bounced with a win over Song Yadong, with the doctors stopping the fight in the fourth round. Sandhagen is thirty years old, and he used to be the WKA Kickboxing Champion. The lengthy American knows to deliver highlight reel KOs, and is one of the organization’s most exciting guys to watch.
Vera vs. Sandhagen UFC Offshore Odds
Vera looks like the guy with better cardio and better knowledge on the ground, plus he has a massive momentum behind him. We don’t mean to underestimate Sandhagen, but the Ecuadorian would be our pick here.
