The Golden State Warriors jump to Denver to meet with the conference leaders, the Nuggets, at the Ball Arena.

Before betting on the Warriors vs. Nuggets

The Warriors had four wins in five games before losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves last night at the Target Center in Minneapolis. The result was 119-114 after overtime, with the Dub Nation scoring only five points in the extra five minutes.

Steph Curry scored 29 points and 10 boards, while Jordan Poole scored 18. Klay Thompson wasn’t in his mood, only 18 points, and Andrew Wiggins scored 16 against his former crew.

Nikola Jokic, the league’s back-to-back MVP, is on pace to win another MVP honor, averaging a triple-double right now – 25.1 points, 11.1 boards, and 10 assists. His Nuggets recovered from two defeats on the road in Milwaukee and Philly, defeating the Pelicans at home, 122-113.

Jokic had a triple-double with 26 buckets, 18 boards and 15 dimes, missing four of his 14 shots. Jamal Murray had a team-high with 32 points, 7-for-12 behind the three-point line. KCP and Aaron Gordon scored 15 each.

The Warriors had a tough matchup last night, and the possibility of seeing some of the starters missing this event is very high. That’s why we pick the Nuggets to win, and even if the Dub Nation had the whole crew available, the Nuggets are 17-1 in the past 18 at home this year.
