Wolves seem to have found their mojo now that Julen Lopetegui is their boss. With him in charge, they’re 1-1-1 in the Premier League and are looking for another win this coming Saturday. That’s when they’re welcoming the out-of-form West Ham at Molineux Stadium.
Before Betting on Wolves vs West Ham
West Ham are without a single win in the Premier League since October 24, 2022. They did, however, win a couple of games on the continent, as well as a few in the FA Cup, including their most recent game – a 1-0 win over Brentford last Sunday.
In the Prem, however, they look terrible. They played a draw with Leeds in their first game of 2023, which ended their losing streak of five straight losses. They did get one point from that match, but even their hardest fans can’t say that they earned it. The Hammers were the inferior side in that duel.
This is something that needs to worry them a lot ahead of their trip to Wolverhampton. On Saturday, they’re taking on Lopetegui’s boys who are in top shape right now. With him in charge, they’re 1-1-1 in the Premier League, with a win in the Carabao Cup, as well as a draw in the FA Cup against Liverpool at Anfield last Sunday, in which they had a goal disallowed for offside (which perhaps wasn’t the right decision).
Even though they do have some serious problems with injuries, Wolves do still have enough quality players on the roster. Their defense and midfield look very strong, but it’s their offense that needs to start playing better.
Wolves are the worst team in the Prem scoring-wise with just 11 goals scored in 18 games. This is really strange because they got some amazing forwards in the squad – Diego Costa, Raul Jimenez, Adama Traore, Goncalo Guedes, and others.

Wolves have all losses in the Prem on home turf since mid-October, but we think that’s going to change on Saturday. They have the manpower, as well as the motivation to beat West Ham.
