That’s not an ideal situation, but at the same time sometimes a team can get reinvigorated with a coaching change – however temporary or long term this may be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Both schools are fighting for their tournament lives here. West Virginia is in the better position and may clinch a spot in the field of 68 with a win over the Red Raiders. An 18-13 record for the Mountaineers doesn’t look that great on paper until you consider the Mountaineers played the 6th toughest schedule in the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
