Kalkbrenner is healthy in 2022\/23, and he <a href=\"https:\/\/omaha.com\/sports\/college\/creighton\/behind-ryan-kalkbrenners-31-points-creighton-downs-nc-state-in-ncaa-tournament\/article_e64a4538-c4c5-11ed-a9ab-bf699e786450.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">just went for 31 in Creighton&#8217;s 72-63 opening round win <\/a>over NC State. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creighton was also without <strong>Ryan Nembhard<\/strong> last year after he suffered a wrist injury in late February, but he&#8217;s back as well and put up a 10 point outing against NC State.
