New York (25-24) had a five game win streak snapped with the loss, and are underdogs on Wednesday against their old teammate <strong>Marcus Stroman<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-mets-vs-cubs\">Before Betting on Mets vs Cubs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The highlight of Tuesday&#8217;s win for the Cubs was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlb.com\/news\/christopher-morel-homers-in-5th-straight-game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">yet another long ball<\/a> from <strong>Christopher Morel<\/strong>, who has gone deep in five straight games and in 9 of his 12 games this season since being called up from the minor leagues in early May.
