Unfortunately Stroud is out (concussion) and will miss the battle with fellow rookie signal caller <strong>Will Levis<\/strong>, who led the Titans to an improbable win over the Dolphins on the bright stage of Monday Night Football last week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-texans-vs-titans\">Before Betting on Texans vs Titans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stroud had been putting up some legendary numbers, setting a rookie record with 470 yards passing in a week 9 win over the Buccaneers while throwing 20 TDs to only 5 INTs on the season. He was knocked out of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kltv.com\/2023\/12\/16\/houstons-stroud-miss-sundays-game-against-tennessee-after-sustaining-concussion-last-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">last Sunday&#8217;s 30-6 loss to the Jets though<\/a>, and will be replaced by <strong>Davis Mills<\/strong> who does have a lot of experience with 26 starts over the past two years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s unfortunate for Houston is that Stroud is not their only injury as the team tries to break away from a crowded AFC that sees six teams with a 7-6 record, one game back of the wild card. Their top two WRs <strong>Tank Dell<\/strong> (leg) and <strong>Nico Collins<\/strong> (chest) are both out Sunday as is DE <strong>Will Anderson, Jr. <\/strong>(ankle). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Update: Nico Collins is out this week while Noah Brown is expected to play despite being questionable all week with a knee injury, per <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AdamSchefter?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@adamschefter<\/a>.
