Carolina (2-13) is coming off their best two game stretch of the season, beating Atlanta and almost upsetting Green Bay so the Panthers are looking to continue that momentum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"before-betting-on-week-17-carolina-panthers-vs-jacksonville-jaguars\">Before Betting on Week 17 Carolina Panthers vs Jacksonville Jaguars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Carolina edged Atlanta 9-7 in week 15 and nearly pulled off the upset over Green Bay before falling 33-30 on a 32-yard field goal with 0:19 left. QB <strong>Bryce Young<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcnc.com\/article\/sports\/nfl\/panthers\/bryce-youngs-best-day-as-a-rookie-so-far\/275-2f287fbe-6bb0-499d-9514-56caaf6300b9#:~:text=Young%20passed%20for%20a%20career,chance%20to%20tie%20the%20game.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">threw for 312 yards vs the Packers<\/a> and didn&#8217;t throw an INT as the Panthers are showing no quit down the stretch despite being 2-13. It also doesn&#8217;t benefit Carolina to tank late in the season considering the Bears own their #1 pick as part of last year&#8217;s trade for Young. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both of the Panthers close games the last two weeks were at home, as was their win over Houston in week 8 so Carolina has posted an 0-8 mark on the road this season.
